         <description><![CDATA[We found some Corned Beef Hash at Aldi's for $1.38 per can.&#160; The can says it served 2.
Lightly fry the Corned Beef and add some fresh eggs or whole egg powder(mixed with appropriate water).
&#160;
I like more eggs with mine than Mike does, plus depending on how many people your feeding, adjust the amount of eggs to your liking.&#160;
&#160;
It's a very quick and easy dinner and at least for us, it's very cheap.
Mike also fried up some Hash Brown Potatoes to go on the side.]]></description>
